The Amicale des Etudiant.e.s Francophones is a student initiative at the Graduate Institute in Geneva (IHEID)created in 2015, that aims to promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the institute. Our purpose is to enable students at the institute to practice French in a friendly, fun environment and to share the cultural diversity of the different French-speaking communities.
To help the participants improve their language skills, we organized diverse activities such as Francophone apéro, linguistic tandem with French-native speakers, film screening and game nights.
We think that linguistic diversity is a richness; if you want to help us cultivate it, please don’t hesitate to join the initiative! Beginners or advanced francophones, everyone is welcome
